Synopsis:

The facilitator will act as an independent third party and work closely with the Mississippi Thunder Kings Hockey Club, its Co-Chairs and competitive reps to ensure adequate evaluation of goalies for the Mississippi Thunder Kings Rep B program for the 2015-2016 season.
 
 

Criteria:

• The facilitator will be responsible for Goalie Skills Evaluation Sessions including on ice coordination and possible evaluation of potential goalies for Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Midget goalies during the evenings of September 15 , 2015 and October 1, 2015.
• The facilitator will coordinate all evaluation drills and evaluation criteria relevant to the Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Midget levels.
• The facilitator will provide sufficient and appropriate shooters relevant to the Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Midget levels.

 
 

 
Statement of Requirements:

RFP submissions must address the following criteria:
 

• Proposed salary/fee for delivery of services based on an hourly rate
• Summary of skill set
• Summary of similar experiences complete with letters of recommendation if available.
•  References if available

All documentation and information obtained in respect of this RFP, are the property of the Mississippi Thunder Kings Hockey Club and must be treated as confidential and must not be used for any purpose other than for responding to this RFP and for fulfilling any subsequent agreement with of the Mississippi Thunder Kings Hockey Club.
 
Successful Proposal:
The final decision will be communicated by email to all individuals and corporations that submitted a proposal by September 10, 2015.
