Team Fees: up to $450 maximum


Equipment:

Socks -  for players to keep - $TBD per colour

Jerseys - to be returned $150 jersey deposit

Garment Bag - all players MUST use a garment bag to transport their jerseys, approx $35

Name Bars - Supplied

Uniform - black or white laces only, black helmet, pants and gloves. No stickers on helmets except certifications, MTK logo or approved special occasion stickers.

Track Suit/MTK Jacket - Current MTK Jackets are mandatory 

TOURNAMENT PLAY

• Maximum 5 tournaments with up to 3 away
• With the exception of finals or provincials (for example Silver Stick Championships)
• Any additional tournaments must be approved by the Board and must have 100% approval of parents
