MTK Payment Options - CORRECTION

For the 2018-2019 season MTK will accept the following payment options:

 

MTK Tryout Fees:

Pre Registered $110
Walk Up $150
Payments by cash, cheque, or credit card due on the first day of tryouts
*** there is a $5 transaction fee for credit card payments

 
MTK Competitive Season Fees:

Novice to Peewee $1080
Bantam and Midget $1180
Payments by cheque or credit card due the day the team is finialized (no cash)
*** there is a $35 transaction fee for credit card payments

Payment options are as follows:
A - 1 full payment due upon team selection (by cheque or credit card - no cash )
B - 2 equal payments due upon team selection and Nov 1, 2018 (cheque only)
C - 3  equal payments due upon team selection, Oct 1, 2018 and Nov 1, 2018 (cheque only)
*** Payments must be submitted upon final team selection. Players will not be permitted to join the team until doing so
