Conditioning and Tryout Page Updated

Following some errors and issues with individual team tryout pages.  The page has been updated by the site.

All schedules (conditioning and tryout), as well as all tryout information and a link to the page where player releases are posted can all be found under the TRYOUT tab on the main MTK tryout page by clicking HERE
