UPDATE Setp 13: Final Team selection Sunday Sept 15th

There will be no releases following any of the tryout games tomorrow. Final Team selection for Atom to Bantam will take place this Sunday following your ex game in Pakenham. We would like to remind parents what is required should your child be chosen for their respective team.

FINAL TEAM SELECTION:
At final team selection each player must provide the following:

• Full payment of MTK fees as per the schedule of fees
• Signed MTK Equipment – Jersey Policy with postdated jersey deposit cheque
• Signed MTK Player Code of Conduct
• Signed MTK Parent Code of Conduct  (completed by all parents)

*** Please come prepared with the above documenttaion completed
You can also expect to be fitted for team track suits, jackets and socks at this time.

MTK Fees:

As per district registration policies, fees will be due in full to the MTK.  
No fees will be transferred from home associations.
All players trying out for an MTK team must register with their home association and pay the $25 registration fee to the home association prior to attending tryouts.

Atom - Peewee	$1150
Bantam - Midget	$1250

 

Payment options are as follows:

A - 1 full payment due upon team selection by cheque, money order or credit card (Credit card payments will be subject to surcharges.)
B - 2 equal payments due upon team selection and Nov 1 of the current year by cheque
C - 3 equal payments due upon team selection, Oct 1 and Nov 1 of the current year by cheque

• Please refer to the refund policy for details regarding refunds
• Payments must be submitted upon final team selection. Players will not be permitted to join the team until doing so.
• If you require alternative arrangements in special situations, please contact one of the MTK chairs.
