Return to Hockey Framework 2020

Hello MTK Community

Due to Covid-19 restrictions on traditional programming (i.e. regular season play), MTK has created a framework for our return to hockey plan to begin in September.  
 
Please read through our Return to Hockey Framework Document in detail, keeping in mind this is always subject to change based on the direction from the Ministry of Health and Hockey Canada (HEO).

Additionally we have set up a Return to Hockey page on the MTK website where you can find the most up to date info. 

Once traditional programming is allowed to resume, MTK will conduct a coordinated tryout open to all players, including those not part of the MTK Development Phase to create our rostered teams.
 
What are the next steps for the MTK and your child?
 

• Continue with the Summer on ice sessions until they are finished
• When available, register with your home association.
• If you recieve an invitation to participate in the MTK Developmental Phase please reply promptly. 
• Our objective is to have the initial Developmental Phase Team Invitations sent to 17-22 participants at each of the levels by Aug 10^th. Any participants not part of the MTK Developmental Phase will be able to participate in a similar exercise with their house association.
