MTK Annual General Meeting

2021/22 Awards Presentation
Will take place prior to the MTK AGM at
6:30 p.m. on May 25, 2022
All those receiving MTK Team or Association Awards will be notified

Annual General Meeting: May 25, 2022 at 7:30 PM
Carleton Place Arena – Upper Hall

 The following positions will begin and end on odd years and have a 2 year term to be filled and voted on at the AGM:  
 

1. VP of Administration
2. Director of Finance
3. Director of Equipment
4. Director of Rick & Discipline
    

The following positions will begin and end on even years and 1 year left on their term to be filled and voted on at the AGM:

1. Director of Communications
2. Director of Scheduling

If you are looking to join the MTK Executive Board,
please review the information below in order to have your name put forth.
Article 5 Elections

1. Each candidate for election as a MTK Executive Board member shall put their name forward in writing with a nomination from a member of the Association that is in good standing, to the President at least fourteen (14) full calendar days prior to the annual general meeting.
2. Nominations will be posted on the website prior to the Annual General Meeting.
3. Any person wishing to withdraw or decline nominations may do so by announcing his or her withdrawal at the AGM.
4. No nominations will be accepted from the floor of the AGM, and any unfilled executive positions will be filled by appointment by the Board at the next MTK Executive meeting.
