EVERY player and parent MUST review the concussion awareness resources pertaining to their age and sign the HEO Rowan’s Law Acknowledgement Form. This MUST be completed prior to the player's initial ice time, be it conditioning or tryout. Players will not be allowed on the ice until this requirement is met.
