Fellow Members,

It is with deep regret and a heavy heart that we pass along the news that young Elgin Fraser passed away early in the evening on Saturday, May 19, 2007.

Our condolences go out to Hamish, Victoria and their family. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

I AM NOT THERE
